The Keynote Lodging Index benchmarks homepage performance measured on high-speed links from the ten largest U.S. metro areas. Unlike the Customer Experience Rankings, where the OTAs and supplier sites tended to cluster as groups depending on the metric, in actual site performance and availability the two groups are intermingled, skewed slightly toward the suppliers.
