Benefits that exemplify the advantages of working at Keynote:
Educational Assistance Program
It pays to learn. After you complete one year of employment with Keynote, you will be reimbursed at 100% of your education costs provided you receive a grade of B or above. Qualifying classes must be directly related to your current position and approved by your manager and the Director of Human Resources in advance. What a great way to keep learning and reaching your dreams!
Keynote encourages its employees to participate in supporting the community, and not just the local community, but the global community as well. Employees can donate up to 40 hours per calendar year towards an approved organization(s), or can work with other Keynote employees as a team effort, and this will serve as paid time off. Community service offers Keynote employees an opportunity to accomplish more while enriching their own lives.
Company Sponsored Events
Working at Keynote can be fun for the entire family! Keynote offers many company sponsored events throughout the year for employees and their entire family to enjoy. We offer a variety of events encompassing a wide range of interests.
Vacation / Sick Leave (FTO)
Our Flexible Time Off (FTO) plan is designed to provide you with the opportunity to rest and get away from the everyday work routine. For the first year, FTO accrues at 10 hours per month equaling 3 weeks (15 days) of combined sick leave and vacation time.
Keynote offers each full-time employee 9 paid company holidays to enjoy time with family and friends. This is in addition to your paid 3 weeks + one additional day every anniversary of annual FTO.
You, your spouse, and your eligible dependents are able to select the health care coverage that fits your personal needs and lifestyle. Qualified Domestic Partners are also welcome. You would have two great medical plans from which to choose as your health care provider: Aetna (Managed Choice POS and HMO Plans) or Kaiser Permanente HMO. Each health care plan gives you a large network of physicians and locations close to your home and work. Having the choice of two (POS and HMO) plans gives you personal control over the type of care and services you receive.
Dental and Vision Coverage
You and your dependents are eligible to participate in Dental and Vision Plan. Depending on the type of service required, employees could be reimbursed 50 - 100%. The annual plan limit is generally $2,000 per covered individual.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
In the event something unfortunate was to happen to you, Keynote offers your beneficiary some peace of mind. Keynote offers each full-time employee $120,000 of basic life insurance. Under certain circumstances, you could receive up to 50% of the value of your insurance policy.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
If you are single or married and filing jointly, you may set aside as much as $5,000 of your pre-tax income for eligible dependent care expenses each year. If you are married and filing separately, you may set aside up to $2,500.
Health Care Spending Account
You can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and prescription drug expenses. Flex Plan Services is the administrator for this plan. This is a great way to reduce your annual taxable income.
Travel Assistance Program
If you are traveling 100 miles or more from your primary residence, Travel Assistance can help you for emergency services. This plan provides pre-trip information, emergency medical assistance, and emergency personal services.
Employee Assistance Program
Everyone needs a little help now and then with life’s unexpected challenges. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and referral service that can help you, your household members, and dependents develop the life management skills needed to help you enjoy life.
