Incentive Stock Plan & Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Keynote offers every employee the option to purchase Keynote stock through either the Incentive Stock Plan or the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Eligible employees may enroll in Keynote's Employee Stock Plan during the offering periods. Employees may use their own income to purchase Keynote Stock at 15% discount from the purchase price reflecting either the beginning or ending plan date. Eligible employees can contribute 2-10% of their income post-tax to this plan. This allows you the ability to invest at a discount in the company you are helping to build with a plan that is flexible to your personal needs.
401K Retirement
Keynote Systems provides a discretionary matching contribution to each Employee's accrued 401(k) Plan benefits during the plan year at 25% for every dollar each employee contributes, up to a maximum match of $2,000.00. Keynote's 401K matching contribution will be 100% vested on the last calendar day of plan year. You can make up to $15,000 in pre-tax contributions to your retirement plan. If you are over 50 years of age, and your plan allows 50+ catch-up contributions, you can contribute an additional $4,000. Keynote offers a well-established, user-friendly plan through Franklin Templeton. You can access your pre-tax income, by participating in this plan, you can reduce the amount of taxes you pay each year. This is a great way to set aside a portion of your income for your retirement. You can also write yourself a tax-free loan on the qualified portion of your plan account balance not to exceed $50,000 flexible repayment terms can be as short as 12 months or up to 60 months.

Educational Assistance Program
It pays to learn. After you complete one year of employment with Keynote, you will be reimbursed at 100% of your education costs provided you receive a grade of B or above. Qualifying classes must be directly related to your current position and approved by your manager and the Director of Human Resources in advance. What a great way to keep learning and reaching your dreams!
Community Involvement
Keynote encourages its employees to participate in supporting the community, and not just the local community, but the global community as well. Employees can donate up to 40 hours per calendar year towards an approved organization(s), or can work with other Keynote employees as a team effort, and this will serve as paid time off. Vacation / Sick Leave (FTO)
Our Flexible Time Off (FTO) plan is designed to provide you with the opportunity to rest and get away from the everyday work routine. For the first year, FTO accrues at 10 hours per month equaling 3 weeks (15 days) of combined sick leave and vacation time. Each additional year, FTO accelerates at a faster rate, allowing full-time employees to receive one additional day/8 hours for every year of service. You can accrue up to a maximum of 1.5 times your annual accrual rate.
Holiday Pay
Keynote offers each full-time employee 10 paid company holidays to enjoy time with family and friends. This is in addition to your paid 3 weeks + one additional day every anniversary of annual FTO.

Medical Insurance
You, your spouse, and your eligible dependents are able to select the health care coverage that fits your personal needs and lifestyle. Qualified Domestic Partners are also welcome. You would have two great medical plans from which to choose as your health care provider: Aetna (Managed Choice POS and HMO Plans) or Kaiser Permanente HMO. Each health care plan gives you a large network of physicians and locations close to your home and work. Having the choice of two (POS and HMO) plans gives you personal control over the type of care and services you receive.
Platinum Indeminty Dental and Vision Coverage
You and your dependents are eligible to participate in Platinum's Indemnity Dental and Vision Plan. Depending on the type of service required, employees could be reimbursed 50 - 100%. The annual plan limit is generally $2,000 per covered individual.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
In the event something unfortunate was to happen to you, Keynote offers your beneficiary some peace of mind. Keynote offers each full-time employee $120,000 of basic life insurance. Under certain circumstances, you could receive up to 50% of the value of your insurance policy. Hartford is the provider of our term life and AD&D Insurance.
Hartford Supplemental Employee, Spouse, & Child Life Insurance
All full time employees and their eligible spouse (including domestic partners) and children (up to age 21, or 25 if they are full-time students) are eligible to purchase additional insurance through Hartford.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Should something unfortunate happen to you due to a long-term or life-threatening illness, Hartford offers Keynote employees Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance. If you meet the requirements to qualify, you can receive up to 60% of your full year salary.
STD Disability Insurance
Keynote provides Short-term Disability Insurance that includes sickness, accident, and pregnancy disability after a 7 consecutive day elimination period for employees. This benefit is coordinated with your State Disability Insurance as applicable.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
If you are single or married and filing jointly, you may set aside as much as $5,000 of your pre-tax income for eligible dependent care expenses each year. If you are married and filing separately, you may set aside up to $2,500.
Health Care Spending Account
You can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and prescription drug expenses. Flex Plan Services is the administrator for this plan. This is a great way to reduce your annual taxable income.
Travel Assistance Program
If you are traveling 100 miles or more from your primary residence, Travel Assistance can help you for emergency services. This plan provides pre-trip information, emergency medical assistance, and emergency personal services.
