To evaluate how users actually interact with your site, Keynote has one of the most representative panels of over 145,000 real online users from a cross-section of demographics, languages, and broadband and dial-up connections. The panel participates in interactive Web site tests to assess online user experience. These online tests capture customer attitude and behavior to answer the critical "why" behind the "what." Keynote can also intercept users to assess/improve user experience.
Keynote offers additional panel options to meet your targeted study.
Several panel options to recruit
You can take advantage of several ways to recruit online users to participate in your evaluations with Keynote’s suite of panel options.

Keynote Research Panel (KRP)
The KRP is a professionally managed panel of over 145,000 individuals who represent a cross-section of the Internet population. KRP panelists are profiled against detailed demographic data for targeted sampling.
Keynote Private Panels
With Private Panels, Keynote customers can recruit specific populations not represented in the KRP. Private Panels afford clients maximum flexibility to recruit against targeted profiles and leverage their own customer lists. In addition, each private panel is reserved for a client's private use.
Customer Intercept
Customer Intercept provides the ability to intercept actual customers as they are interacting with a Web site and invite them to participate in a study.
Email Lists
Clients can invite panelists to an evaluation using their own opt-in email lists. Email lists are useful for clients who want their own customers or potential customers to participate in a Keynote study. Clients have the option to use their email lists to build a Private Panel for use with future studies.
