SAN MATEO, Calif., — March 19, 2002 — Keynote Systems, (Nasdaq:KEYN), the Internet Performance Authority®, today announced new versions of its flagship services, Web Site Perspective™ 6.0 and Transaction Perspective™ 4.0, that give users many new next-generation diagnostic and operational features targeted at the enterprise.
With the availability of the two new services Keynote fundamentally redefines performance benchmarking to include diagnostic capabilities making them an integral part of a complete application performance management solution. The new features include instant drill down from the alert message to the cause of the problem, side by side graphing of performance and availability, complete page element detail available and faster problem notification. The new capabilities are not available from any other vendor today.
The shift towards greater diagnostics and operational functionality represents a broad new approach across Keynote's family of services that permits large enterprises to improve service level management, third party content management and operational efficiency through faster problem resolution.
Web Site Perspective 6.0 and Transaction Perspective 4.0 allow users, for the first time, to graphically view real-time performance and availability metrics side by side and immediately correlate the two. Easy to learn and use, with immediate diagnostic results, Keynote's new benchmarking approach reduces training time, increases staff competency and saves time, allowing customers in just three clicks to drill down from an alarm to discover when, where and why a problem occurred.

Pricing and Availability
Web Site Perspective 6.0 is available immediately with domestic service plans from $395 to $695 per URL and global service plans from $995 to $1895 per URL.
Transaction Perspective 4.0 will be available in June of 2002. Pricing will start at $995 for US10 per five-page transaction.
