As the importance of the online channel has grown, so have the challenges for managing complex Web applications and related e-business infrastructure. At the same time, enterprises must continually optimize the online experience as perceived by end users. Keynote’s Total Performance Management (TPM) symposium is designed to educate attendees on these challenges and will describe a best practices approach for addressing them rationally and in an extremely cost-effective fashion.
Geoffrey J. Penney, EVP and CIO of Charles Schwab Corp. (NYSE “SCH”), will deliver the opening presentation entitled, “The Performance Imperative,” beginning at 8:45 a.m. Mr. Penney manages Schwab Technology, including technology operations, telecommunications and services, as well as client and business applications development and support.

At the symposium, Ed Rudolph, vice president Americas software sales for HP (NYSE “HPQ”), will discuss the HP OpenView adaptive enterprise initiative and how the HP Web Application Management suite combined with Keynote Application Perspective allows enterprises to adapt their IT infrastructure to the business goals of the end user by diagnosing and triaging problems inside and outside the firewall.
HP and Keynote will present a live fast-paced demonstration of Application Perspective for HP OpenView, a new and unique joint solution targeted at addressing the “performance management challenge.”
Peter Piela, vice president of product development for Segue Software (Nasdaq-SCM “SEGU”), and Keynote will detail their joint solution for total e-business lifecycle testing. Additionally, Pfizer and Deloitte executives will appear on panel discussions and HP, Segue and Netli will be part of a mini exhibition fair.
A unique and valuable session has been added to the symposium based on Keynote’s recent acquisition of NetRaker, a leader in customer experience management solutions.
