Customers are at the center of this year’s GIPC and will address the key issues and challenges across over a dozen breakout sessions in two broad solution areas:
Umang Gupta, Keynote’s chairman and CEO, will set the stage for the day with a talk entitled, “A Holistic View of E-Business Performance.” This is followed by a CIO Roundtable moderated by Bruce Upbin, senior editor at Forbes Magazine, entitled, “New Perspectives on E-Business Performance.” Executives already secured for the CIO Roundtable include Jennifer Bolt, CIO of Franklin Resources, Inc.
