Keynote CEO and CFO to Present at Leading Investor Conferences

On August 8 at Sand Hill Group's 8th annual Enterprise 2005 in Carmel, California and at the 2005 Pacific Crest Technology Conference in Vail, Colorado; On August 10 at the CIBC Fifth Annual Enterprise Software Conference in New York City

San Mateo, Calif., — August 2, 2005Keynote Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN), the worldwide leader in e-business performance management services, today announced that Umang Gupta, chairman and CEO, and Peter Maloney, CFO and vice president of finance, will be presenting at three leading investor conferences next week.

On Monday, August 8, Mr. Gupta will be presenting at Sand Hill Group's 8th annual Enterprise 2005. This is a conference for the top 200 "who's who" in the enterprise and technology markets. The presentation will begin at 2:15 p.m. at the Inn at Spanish Bay in Carmel, California.

Separately, on the same day, Mr. Maloney will be presenting at the 2005 Pacific Crest Technology Conference, a highly interactive technology forum that provides the opportunity for leading institutional investors to gain in-depth perspectives on emerging trends and key issues in technology. The event takes place at the Sonnenalp Resort in Vail, Colorado. Mr. Maloney will be presenting at 11:00 a.m. in the Oberstdorf Room.

On Wednesday, August 10, Mr. Gupta will be presenting at the CIBC 5th Annual Enterprise Software Conference in New York City. The conference will feature presentations from more than 40 leading public and private companies in the software industry. Mr. Gupta will present at 4:10 p.m. in Holmes I.
