Keynote Announces Change of Auditors
SAN MATEO, Calif., — January 4, 2007 — Keynote (Nasdaq: KEYN), The Mobile and Internet Performance Authority™, today announced that its audit committee had dismissed its independent registered public accounting firm, KPMG LLP, effective December 27, 2006.
The audit committee also approved the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as Keynote’s new independent registered public accounting firm. There were no reportable disagreements on any accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures with the prior auditors.
