Keynote Systems Joins Russell 3000® Index

San Mateo, Calif., — June 25, 2007 —Keynote Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN), the global leader in Internet and mobile test and measurement services, today announced it has been included in the Russell 3000® Index.

Membership in the Russell 3000, which reflects the largest 3,000 U.S. stocks as of the last trading day of May, is reconstituted each year at the end of June. The largest 1,000 companies in the ranking comprise the large-cap Russell 1000®, while the remaining 2,000 comprise the small-cap Russell 2000®, as well as a variety of growth and style indexes.
