SAN MATEO, Calif., — September 6, 2007 — Keynote Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN), the global leader in Internet and mobile test & measurement services, today announced that Rajeev Kutty, Keynote product manager, Web performance, has been invited to present at two sessions at the Internet Telephony Conference and Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center from September 10-12.

On Monday, September 10 from 10:00-10:45 a.m., Mr. Kutty will be joined by Brian Davidow of CosmoCom, Michael Freshwater of Astute Solutions, and Erik Linask, associate editor of TMC (moderator) in a panel discussion titled, “Transition Your Contact Center to IP.” In this session, the panelists will discuss the challenges of implementing VoIP-based call centers, and offer attendees a series of best practices and standards to leverage when delivering a superior quality of experience to call center customers as they transition to VoIP.

Additionally, on Wednesday, September 12 from 2:45-3:30 p.m. Mr. Kutty will lead a solo presentation providing a sneak preview of the results of Keynote’s latest VoIP competitive research study to be publicly released the following week. According to analysts, residential adoption of VoIP service is bound to grow exponentially from 6.9 million homes in 2006 to over 23.7 million homes in 2010; the SMB and enterprise market forecasts are equally aggressive. However, VoIP reliability and audio clarity remain important factors that limit the widespread adoption of VoIP in consumer markets. During this session, Mr. Kutty will elaborate on the results of Keynote’s latest competitive research study which measured and evaluated the performance of more than a dozen consumer VoIP service providers.
