Performance Index: Mobile Retail - World
The Keynote Mobile Retail Index - World Edition shows the average response times, success rates and a composite score for downloading the homepage of selected sites of retailers using Mobile Web Perspective over Air. Keynote repeatedly tests the sites in the index hourly and around the clock over two Tier 1 wireless networks in each country (Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Sweden, UK and US) over popular smartphones. The retail sites that appear in the Index were selected to provide an industry benchmark for well-known company sites.
Notes:
- Response Time is the average time in seconds it took to download the Web site to the mobile phone
- Success Rate is the percentage of time the Web site successfully downloaded the complete content to the mobile phone
- A combined score is created (equally weighting their response and reliability). The higher the score, the more high quality the site is technically. The distance between sites (in terms of their response and reliability) is represented by the distance between scores
Sites from this list may be temporarily removed from weekly published results due to insufficient data points for a particular week.
