in the Race for President
Dear Industry Influencer:
Keynote Adds Multipage Transaction Measurements to
Official Sites for Dean, Bush, GOP and Democratic National
Committee
Keynote Systems (Nasdaq “KEYN”), The Internet
Performance Authority ®, announced today that it
has added transaction measurements to four major political
sites which will measure the performance of the sites

As announced last week,
Keynote will closely monitor and report to the media
the download performance
of all the leading presidential candidates’ Web
sites now until election day in November. Additionally,
Keynote will be measuring streaming performance
for those presidential candidates offering streaming off
their site. (See press release <http://www.keynote.com/news_events/releases_2004/04jan07.html>) In addition to measuring homepage download performance
and the “success rate” (the percentage
of times out of 100 attempts that users can actually
successfully log onto the site) of the presidential
candidates’ Web sites, Keynote will also measure
the performance of the official party sites of the
Democrats, Republicans, Green Party and MoveOn.org.
