Collaboration tools help you work more productively with others on your team. Once you've conducted your troubleshooting and have uncovered an issue or validated a fix, MDP lets you save your results to your desktop or to your private MDP repository.

With auto-video capture during script execution you can quickly share what you see with the rest of the team.

Archiving results allows you to come back and conduct root cause analysis at a later time.

Advanced Device Control

MDP has been optimized for smartphones and supports all touchscreen gestures that you can perform on the device.

MDP has a Gesture Actions toolbar that lets you perform single-finger and multi-finger gestures with a single click.

SIM Multiplexer

MDP gives you access to the Keynote SIGOS SIM Multiplexer providing unlimited capacity to manage thousands of SIM cards at various locations all over the world.

Any SIM authentication procedure is handled virtually between the wireless interface in any location and the real SIM stored in the central multiplexer unit. SIM Multiplexer can be expanded to a capacity of more than 2,000 SIM cards.

As soon as the SIM card has been implemented, staff can run the necessary tests.

Remote USB Upload

With a simple USB connection, MDP users can immediately upload mobile applications from their desktop to a remote device to begin interacting with the application. The Remote USB Upload feature comes in handy when applications are not yet available for over-the-air download from the app store.

Remote uploading also lets you make changes on the fly and conduct testing and monitoring of pre-release applications in a secure environment.

Performance Dashboards & Graphs

MDP gives you the tools needed for quick and accurate analysis of your mobile app's health. Mobile Device Perspective lets you review your results in the MyKeynote portal broken out by the devices and carriers you select.

Quickly see if a particular device, carrier, or location is the source of an issue. Isolating the source is the first step to getting the issue fixed.

Once it's identified, you can then create graphs and reports to share with your co-workers to expedite the resolution of issues.

Smart Alerts

Smart Alerts are customizable alerts you receive when a failure occurs. You can determine the types and numbers of failures that will trigger an email, text message, or provide direct data to your enterprise console.

Suspend one or all of your alarms with a single click. Your alarm will automatically reactivate after the specified number of hours. Choose to limit alarms when multiple carrier connections fail at the same time.

You can also create advanced alarm configuration parameters– set up an alarm so that you are alerted only if the transaction fails three times in a row from three different Keynote agent locations

Customizable Device Catalog

The Mobile Device Perspective device catalog lets you quickly identify the device, operator (carrier), and geographic combination you need and check a device out at any time. See if a device is busy, MDP will give you alerts when it becomes available.

Check out a device and either watch your script in action or, switch to interactive mode and begin controlling it right from your desktop for interactive testing and script recording.

PCI Interface

Mobile Device Perspective uses a PCI interface that supports the highest fidelity screen resolution available on the latest smartphones.

Introducing no additional latency means that you'll see an application perform just as an end user would.

Multi-step Transaction

When it comes to mobile app performance, you want to know that your end users can go through each and every step that matters.

Whether it's logging in, searching for a restaurant, sending money or purchasing an item— if the transaction isn't complete, they aren't satisfied.

MDP lets you script an entire transaction and run it at the interval of your choice to help you know that the app is working around the clock. MDP can introduce validation steps along the way and if a transaction fails, you'll get a screenshot of exactly what the end user would see.
