Rounding out the top three were GEICO in second place and Nationwide and Liberty Mutual tied for third. In addition to taking first in three out of the five Scorecard categories, Progressive.com also took first in the important “Get Insurance” task component of the Scorecard. Among the other top rated sites surveyed in the Scorecard, GEICO was tied for first in the Privacy & Security category and also led in the Check & Pay Bill and Get Service task areas, Liberty Mutual was second for Ease of Use and was top-rated for the Learn & Plan task, while Nationwide was first for Quality and Availability. Our most recent Scorecard assessment of the top 11 U.S. Auto Insurance Carrier websites once again highlighted Progressive’s industry leadership in the key categories of Functionality, Ease of Use and Privacy & Security. Progressive also released several enhancements to its mobile offering, including showing the total dollar amount for discounts provided and comparison of auto insurance available. Progressive’s commitment to consistently updating its digital platform to stay ahead of current trends is reflected in its continued innovation and industry-leading focus on both functional capabilities and usability elements.
Next in line for Scorecard assessment by the Keynote’s Analytics team will be the mobile banking offerings of the nation’s top banks, with the next edition of the Mobile Banking Scorecard set for release in June 2014.
