Mobile Streaming Media Troubleshooting
A large provider of online and mobile streaming wanted to deliver a consistent experience across both platforms. The realized that mobile users had the same high expectations and that performance is the key to adoption of their mobile services. The streaming media provider needed real-time alerts when issues came up. More importantly, they needed to know if the availability or performance problems were localized to the mobile network, attributed to their streaming servers, or related to application or presentation inefficiencies.
