The Keynote e-commerce Web transaction performance index is on temporary hiatus as the company prepares to launch a major
enhancement of it's flagship online retail index. The new index, measuring the responsiveness and reliability for
performing Web transactions on leading retail Web sites from the end user perspective, will better represent the breadth
and depth of consumer transaction experience on the Web today. It will now include 30 leading online retailers divided
into three retail industry categories:
- Apparel & Accessories
- Books, Music & Movies
- Electronics
Keynote's new e-commerce transaction index is scheduled for a September launch. Stay tuned for
its appearance here in the same location soon
