Basic Support Services

Keynote Basic Support is included with most Keynote subscriptions and offers access to unmatched service and performance management expertise. It's designed to handle how-to-use questions about Keynote test & measurement data, the MyKeynote portal, and more.

As part of our standard service, Keynote support services is pleased to help you with

  • Configuration issues - We provide help with service configuration and will gladly assist with password issues.
  • Usage questions - We answer "how-to" questions and help customers to get the most out of Keynote services.
  • Troubleshooting - We handle any problems that customers may encounter with Keynote services, and act as the customer's advocate and liaison with Keynote Operations, Quality Assurance and Engineering staff.
