Scheduled Downtimes

Keynote servers at the Keynote Operations Center will generally not be available because of scheduled maintenance on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon Pacific time and on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time. During these times, you will not be able to retrieve measurement data. However, measurement data will continue to be collected during these times and will be retrievable after the maintenance has finished.

Agent Naming Convention

If an agent location is connected to a single backbone, the name includes the city followed by the backbone it is connected to. For example: New York UUNET. If an agent location is multi-homed or connected to multiple networks, the name includes the city followed by the initials MH (multi-homed) and a number. For example: New York MH1. The number is used to distinguish between more than one multi-homed agent location in a metropolitan area.

MyKeynote Diagnostic Center

The MyKeynote Diagnostic Center lists all agent locations along with their IP addresses and backbones. To open the Diagnostic Center page, log in to MyKeynote, click the Diagnose tab, then click the Diagnostic Center button
