Keynote offers FREE online training sessions with members of our technical staff for anyone interested in learning more about how to use the full capabilities of Keynote products and services. These sessions are offered several times a month. All you need to participate is an Internet connection and a telephone.

Getting a look at the MyKeynote portal:
Join this training for an in-depth discussion of the features and functionality that are part of the MyKeynote portal. We will demonstrate our Dashboards, how to generate graphs and best practices for configuring alarms and reports. This live training will cover:

Using KITE to record and playback test scripts
Join this live session to learn how the Keynote Internet Test Environment (KITE) can help you record transactions on your Web site and monitor them from Keynote’s global test and measurement network. With KITE, you can test and validate all your Web 2.0 applications before deployment – including your AJAX-based applications – right from your desktop.
